Dr. Dnyaneshwar Mulay (CHIEF GUEST)
Dr. Dnyaneshwar Mulay, an Indian Career Diplomat who superannuated after 35 years of service,
was appointed by the President of India as the Member, National Human Rights Commission in April 2019.
He joined the Indian Foreign Service in 1983 and has since served in several capacities, including the Consul General of India,
New York, and the High Commissioner of India, Male, Maldives. Under his leadership,
410 new Passport offices were opened in the country as a part of taking passport office to every Lok Sabha constituency.
From a mere 77 passport centres in the country the number in 2019 stands at 510. He is a successful writer and has written over 15 books,
which have been translated in Arabic, Dhivehi, Urdu, Kannada and Hindi. His magnum-opus – Maati, Pankh ani Akash, written in Marathi,
has received immense popularity and has also been prescribed in the Arts curriculum at the North Maharasthra University, Jalgaon (Maharashtra).
He has inspired a number of socio-educational projects including Balodyan, an orphanage in his native village,
and the Dnyaneshwar Mulay Education Society, which seeks to introduce innovative concepts like Global Education.

With a distinguished judging panel representing wide geographical and professional diversity, TPL Sabla Nari Awards recognise both individuals and organisations who are pushing business standards, evolving their engagement or redefining the experience globally.
Submissions are judged at random without comparison in the same categories.
Our judges will score on a scale of 1-100 based on:
*Business expertise.
*Impression on customers/clients.
*Work space culture.
*Originality.
*Business acumen.
To ensure high standards of quality, a category may have multiple winners or no winners.
Submissions receiving an average score under 60 do not receive an award.
TPL Awards & Honours makes every effort to keeps entry costs low. In order to cover administrative costs like calling, mailing and data processing a low fee of ₹1350 for participants is payable at the time of form submission.
